Garnerville Arts & Industrial Center’s present zoning classification is PLI – planned light industrial – permitting warehousing and light industrial uses. (Village of West Haverstraw Code, Zoning Planning and Building Section 250-15).

New Mixed Use Zoning is underway with the cooperation of the Village of West Haverstraw and is expected to be approved in 2013.  The new Mixed Use Zone will permit as of right a vast range of uses including but not limited to  professional office, art galleries, classes, conference and recreational facilities, exercise and meditation centers and incidental dining, among other uses.
