Past, Present and Future

Garnerville Arts & Industrial Center is a unique real estate venture involved in the leasing of light industrial, warehouse and studio spaces, serving the metro New York and Hudson Valley regions of New York State.

For its first 125 years, this Dickens-like industrial environment located on the Minisceongo Creek in Garnerville, Rockland County, New York served textile mills exclusively.  Today, the complex is home to manufacturers, distributors, woodworkers, metalworkers, sculptors, painters, music studios, jewelry makers and glass artisans, and includes performance, exhibition and event space.  Check out our Space Rentals to find the space that’s right for you.

Planning for the Future

The complex serves as an important focus for the development and renewal of the lower Hudson Valley.  Planning is underway to develop Garnerville Arts & Industrial Center as a mixed-use arts, business and cultural destination.  In the video below, three case studies depict redeveloped industrial sites and demonstrate the cultural and economic benefits a re-developed Garnerville Arts & Industrial Center will bring to New York State.

We welcome you to build your business and your future here with us.
