Past, Present & Future

Garnerville Arts & Industrial Center is a unique real estate venture involved in the leasing of light industrial, warehouse and studio spaces for manufacturers, distributors, artisans and artists.

For its first 125 years, this Dickens-like industrial environment located on the Minisceongo Creek in Garnerville, Rockland County, New York served textile mills exclusively.  Today, in addition to light industrial users, the complex is home to woodworkers, metalworkers, sculptors, painters, music studios, jewelry makers and glass artisans, as well as performance and exhibition spaces.

The complex serves as an important focus for the development and renewal of the lower Hudson Valley.  We are currently planning our future as a mixed-use arts, business and cultural destination serving the metro New York and Hudson Valley regions of New York State.  Three case studies demonstrate the cultural and economic benefits a re-developed Garnerville Arts & Industrial Center will bring to New York State.

We welcome you to build your business here with us.  Check out our Space Rentals to find the space that’s right for you.
